New School Introduces SMS Alerts on Item Receipts

New School prides itself on developing helpful automated customer service solutions. Now, this continuing drive for innovation has led to an exciting new addition to our client service: text message receiving alerts are now available and being sent straight to your phone!
With SMS alerts our clients no longer need access to a computer or email to find out if their items have arrived at our warehouse location. New clients will be enrolled by default to receive text alerts when items are checked in. Current clients need only let us know the mobile number at which they'd like to receive these alerts to begin receiving text messages.
